Meal Planner

Plan meals around what you have at home, not around a weekly grocery run.

Why we are building this

Most meal planning tools start with recipes and then tell you what to buy. We are building the opposite: you tell the app what ingredients you have, and it helps you build a practical meal plan from those. The goal is to reduce food waste, cut unnecessary grocery spending, and remove the daily friction of deciding what to cook.

What the product will address

01

Ingredient-based planning

Generate meal suggestions based on what is already in your fridge and pantry, not what you need to buy.

02

Waste reduction

Prioritize ingredients approaching expiry to reduce food waste and make the most of what you already have.

03

Shopping list generation

Create minimal, targeted shopping lists for only the ingredients needed to complete planned meals.

04

Simple planning flow

An approachable, low-friction experience designed to fit into daily routines without adding complexity.

How AI is used in this product

Meal Planner uses AI to match available ingredients to meal options, suggest practical combinations, and adapt suggestions based on preferences over time. AI is used as a functional feature to solve a real, everyday problem — not as a marketing layer.
