02Information we collect
We may collect the following: (1) Technical data — IP address, browser type and version, operating system, referring URL, pages viewed, and access timestamps, collected automatically through web server logs or analytics when you visit our website. (2) Contact data — name, email address, and message content, collected only when you choose to contact us via the contact form or directly by email. We do not collect payment data, health data, or any special category personal data through this website.
03How we use your information
Technical data is used to: operate and maintain the website; diagnose technical problems; understand general usage patterns and improve the site. Contact data is used to: respond to your inquiry; and maintain a record of correspondence. We do not use personal data for advertising, sale to third parties, or automated individual profiling.

In summary: we use strictly necessary cookies for site functionality (e.g. language preference) and, where you consent, analytics cookies to understand aggregate traffic. 06Data sharing and third parties
We do not sell, rent, or trade personal data. We may share data with: infrastructure and hosting providers (Vercel Inc.) who process data under data processing agreements; analytics services processing anonymised aggregate data; and authorities where required by law. Where processors are outside the EU/EEA, we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent safeguards.
07International data transfers
Our website is hosted on Vercel Inc. (USA). Vercel participates in the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and maintains Standard Contractual Clauses for international transfers. By using this website, you acknowledge that data may be processed outside your country of residence under applicable safeguards.
08Data retention
Technical log data is retained for up to 90 days for operational and security purposes, then deleted or anonymised. Contact form messages and correspondence are retained for up to 3 years from the last communication, or as long as necessary to address the matter.

10California privacy rights (CCPA)
If you are a California resident, you have rights under the CCPA including: the right to know what personal information we collect, use, and share; the right to request deletion; and the right not to be discriminated against for exercising these rights. 11Children's privacy
This website is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, please contact legal@polydevlabs.com and we will delete it promptly.
12Future app products
This policy currently applies to our website only. When our mobile applications are released, a separate or updated privacy policy will be provided within each application, addressing data collected through app usage in accordance with Apple App Store, Google Play, and applicable data protection requirements.
13Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted at polydevlabs.com/legal/privacy with an updated effective date. Your continued use of this website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
